Good Corporate Governance Policy
Asian Alliance International Public Company Limited (the "Company") realizes duties and responsibilities to maximize benefits to shareholders and impacts on society, communities, environment, the country, and other stakeholders including customers, trade partners, creditors, employees and competitors. The Company also adheres to the corporate governance guidelines in accordance with the Principles of Good Corporate Governance of Listed Companies 2017 by the Office of the Securities and Exchange Commission (the SEC). The Company's good corporate governance policy has been set out as a guideline for the operations of both the Company and its subsidiaries to create transparency and fairness to stakeholders.
