The company has organized a self-assessment for the Board of Directors, sub-committees, Managing Director and Chief Financial Officer at least once a year. The assessment follows a model based on the self-assessment form provided by the Stock Exchange of Thailand. The company secretary is responsible for distributing the assessment forms and collecting the summarized reports to present at the Board of Directors meeting for discussion and further improvements.

The assessment is divided into two types as follows:

  1. Board Evaluation
  2. Individual Self-Assessment

The evaluation criteria are based on percentages of the total score, as follows:

Above 90% = Excellent
Above 80% = Very good
Above 70% = Good
Above 60% = Fair
Equal to or below 60% = Needs improvement

Evaluation Results for 2025 can be summarized as follow;
